Booking & Payment Terms
Reserve your surgery date
For an official reservation we ask for an €8,000 deposit to our official bank account. After receipt, you'll get a letter with your surgery appointment, and your price is locked in — if our prices increase later, the increase does not apply to you.
Why the deposit matters
Due to the financial situation in Türkiye, our prices have risen multiple times over the past years. If you are 100% sure about the surgery, we definitely recommend making the official reservation: your place is secured, and the price you see today is the price you pay.
How payment works
When we sign the contract, the €8,000 deposit is deducted from the surgery price. You then pay the remaining balance in full.
You can pay by:
- Cash — bring everything in cash. 72 hours before your flight, declare the amount at the airport. You'll be given a document confirming you are travelling for surgery and need to pay this amount.
- USDT (cryptocurrency)
- Bank transfer — details below.
What's covered (and what isn't)
Covered by our packages:
- The surgery itself
- 4-day hospital stay
- 90 days at our rehab center (if you choose to stay)
- All physiotherapy + AlterG protocol
- In-room X-rays and bandage changes
- Walker, crutches, all medication
- 24/7 nursing care
Our commitment on fees: Only the costs in your contract will ever be charged. We do not charge additional fees for complications — whether they arise from the patient or from system errors — because we stand behind our work.
Free implant replacement
If a Fitbone implant fails — for any reason, technical or accidental — we replace the implant free of charge and cover the costs. Trust and support should last beyond surgery.

Government approval & legal protection
We are a clinic approved by the Republic of Türkiye and supported by the government. Our contracts are written by lawyers and legally translated into every patient's language. The costs in the contract are the only costs you will ever be charged.
After your deposit
Once your deposit clears, we will:
- Send you an official letter confirming your surgery date and price
- Coordinate your flight to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW)
- Arrange your airport pickup, hotel, and hospital schedule
