About the surgery
Is cosmetic limb lengthening safe?
All surgery carries risk, but the LON and Fitbone methods are mature, well-studied techniques performed safely tens of thousands of times worldwide. Our team has personally performed 4,300+ LLT cases. We're a government-approved clinic and provide 24/7 medical supervision throughout your recovery.
How much height can I gain?
- Femur (thigh): 8–10 cm per surgery
- Tibia (shin): 6–8 cm per surgery
- Quadrilateral (both bones in one surgery): 14–18 cm
Some patients exceed these ranges thanks to muscle condition, bone flexibility, and consistent physiotherapy.
Will I have visible scars?
We use cosmetic incisions in every surgery. In our rehab center we also offer high-tech scar reduction treatments that fade scars by up to 80%. Fitbone leaves no external scarring at all.
Which method is right for me?
It depends on your height goal, body, lifestyle, and budget. In short:

About recovery
How long is recovery?
Basic mobility usually returns within 3–4 months. Athletic activities and full strength typically come back within 8–12 months. Exact timelines depend on your method, biology, and discipline with physiotherapy.
Can I fly home during recovery instead of staying 90 days?
Yes. After your 4-day hospital stay, you can fly home. We then stay in constant contact and ask for an X-ray every 15–20 days. LON patients need to return briefly at the end of lengthening for fixator removal. We strongly recommend staying — recovery is faster and safer under our supervision — but the choice is yours.
Why can't I just recover in a hotel?
Cosmetic limb lengthening requires specialized equipment (AlterG, in-room X-ray, physiotherapy machines), specialized physiotherapists and nurses, and 24/7 monitoring. Hotels can't provide any of that. That's why our packages include accommodation at our own rehab center.
What is the AlterG treadmill and why does it matter?
The AlterG anti-gravity treadmill removes up to 80% of body weight, letting you walk and even jog safely during early recovery — without risking damage to your implants. It speeds bone healing by 3–4× while preserving muscle strength.

Each price covers both femurs or both tibias, plus 90 days at our rehab center, all physiotherapy, AlterG, in-room X-rays and bandage changes, walker, crutches, and all medication.
How does the €8,000 deposit work?
The deposit secures your surgery date and locks in today's price — if our prices rise later, yours stays fixed. The deposit is fully deducted from your total. See the booking page for terms and bank details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (EUR IBAN at Garanti Bank), cash (declared at airport 72 hours before your flight — we provide a supporting document), or USDT cryptocurrency.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Only the costs in your contract will ever be charged. We do not charge additional fees for complications — patient-side or system-side — because we stand behind our work.
What if a Fitbone implant fails?
We replace the implant free of charge and cover the costs — for any reason, technical or accidental.
About travel and logistics
Which airport should I fly into?
Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (SAW) — about 15 minutes (17 km) from our rehab center. We pick you up on arrival.
How does the return journey work?
We drive you to the airport with an electronic wheelchair. We handle luggage and ticketing, escort you to boarding, and you board first / disembark last. Assistance is also arranged on arrival in your home country.
